Join us at Redfern’s Cottage as we revisit Uttoxeter’s grand houses.
The Uttoxeter area was once dotted with grand houses. Some survive but others have been demolished. Join us to discover more about these lost grand houses that are no longer part of our landscape
£10 per ticket including complimentary drink and a choice of cake on arrival. This is a ticket only event with pre-booking of tickets required.

History Talk – “One of the Most Beautiful Churches in Staffordshire” All Saints Church and the Village of Leigh
Saturday 17th October 7pm – All Saint’s Church, Church Leigh
Join us as we venture away form Uttoxeter to explore the history of All Saint’s Church and the village of Leigh.
Discover the history of this grand and fascinating church and how it came to be constructed in the small collection of settlements which make up Leigh. The talk coincides with the 180th anniversary of the church’s rebuilding.
The talk will be held at All Saints Church, Church Leigh, ST10 4RD. Access to the church is off Parkhall Lane through the Lichgate. What 3 Words location – ///distorts.steep.laces

This month we’re we’re recording your memories of traveling by train to and from Uttoxeter. Come and share your memories and stories with us of the experiences and where you went, was it for work, a day trip of a holiday? You’re also very welcome to bring along photographs and objects relating to Uttoxeter and share their stories with us.
